Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 19th January 2016 four directors of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 13th January 2016:
- two of them acquired 1 share of the Bank each and
- two of them acquired 3 shares of them Bank each
by the way of free allotment of shares linked to the “1/2/3 Account”.
