Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 28th January 2016 directors of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 28th January 2016:

1) she purchased 200,000 shares of the Bank (i.e. 10,000 shares for 4 euro per share, 117,162 for 3.98 euro per share, 29,396 for 3.974 euro per share, 13,712 shares for 3.966 euro and 29,730 shares for 3.93 euro per share),

2) his connected person purchased 200,000 shares of the Bank (i. e. 10,000 shares for 4 euro per share, 117,162 for 3.98 euro per share, 29,396 for 3.974 euro per share, 13,712 shares for 3.966 euro and 29,730 shares for 3.93 euro per share).
