Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., the Financial Instruments Market Act, the Corporate Governance Code for Joint Stock Companies, and in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the company Gorenje, d.d., Velenje, hereby makes the following announcement:

Announcement of the Supervised Information’s is referring to Article 106, 118, 119, 120 and 124 of Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI).

The company Conseq Investment Management, a.s., from Prague, informed us on 4 April 2018, that as on 28 March 2018 the investment funds under its management increased the joint stake of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., to 7.05% (1,721,788 GRVG shares).
