The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (Hereinafter referred to as: "Issuer") informs that on on 12 July 2017, the Issuer provided a shareholder a reply to a question submitted in accordance with art. 428 § 6 of the Commercial Companies Code included in the application dated 7 July, 2017, which was received by the Issuer in electronic form on 10 July 2017.

The content of the question:

“Have any shares been acquired in the increased share capital of the Company, issued on the basis of the Resolution and intended for the acquisition by private subscription by PROFÓLIÓ PROJEKT TANACSADÓ KORLATOLTFELELÓSSEGU TARSASAG - the company incorporated under Hungarian law with its seat in Budapest, during the subscription period scheduled for the period from 15 to 30 June 2017 or as at the date of the response to this question?”

The content of the response:

“During the subscription scheduled for the period from 15th of June 2017 to 30th of June 2017, and as at the date of this response, no shares in the increased share capital of the Company planned for the issuance pursuant to the Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company of 19th of April 2017 have been acquired, nor are intended for acquisition by private subscription by PROFÓLIÓ PROJEKT TANÁCSADÓ KFT., company incorporated under Hungarian law with its seat in Budapest”.

Legal basis:

§ 38 section 1 point 12 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent, and Article 4021 and 4022 of the Commercial Companies Code.
