The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. received a notification from Solar Power to the People Coöperatief U.A. (“Solar Power”), Member of the Management Board in accordance with the Art. 160.1 of the Trading Act.

The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. informs that:

On 12 October 2016, with respect to the sale of 1,030,000 shares of Innovative Commerce a.s. (“ICM”), having its seat in Praha, 120 00, Varsavska 715/36, Czech Republic, registered with the trade register under number 24729353, Solar Power decreased its direct share in the capital of ICM to 0.07%.

Solar Power sold 1,030,000 shares at a price of PLN 0.01 per share. The total amount of the notified transaction is PLN 10,030.00.

Prior to the conclusion of the above mentioned transaction, Solar Power held 1,031,500 shares in the Company, accounting for 50.78% of the Company’s share capital and was entitled to casting 1,031,500 votes at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders, accounting for 50.78% of the total voting rights.

As of 12 October 2016, Solar Power holds 1,500 shares, which account for 0.07% of the Company’s share capital and entitles to casting 1,500 votes at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders, accounting for 0.07% of the total voting rights.
