PHOTON (PEN): interim result of the placement of the bond 2017/2022 (ISIN DE 000A19MFH4) - raport 33

In accordance with the terms of the prospectus approved on 21 September 2017, Photon Energy NV announces the interim result of the placement of the bond 2017/2022 (ISIN DE 000A19MFH4) in the total amount of EUR 5,039,000.00 as of 24 October 2017, of which EUR 2,698,000.00 arose from the Exchange Offer. The bond shall be listed as planned in the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 27 October 2017. The raised amount represents already a significant part for the refinancing of the outstanding bond 2013/2018 (ISIN DE000A1HELE2) which will be due on 12 March 2018. The company intends to continue to grow its proprietary portfolio in Hungary and Australia in line with its financing possibilities.
