(IPF INVESTMENTS): IPF plc announces block listing update - raport 2
The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces that on 4 January 2016 International Personal Finance plc (IPF plc), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, made an announcement on the London Stock Exchange.
The aforementioned announcement, which is attached to this current report, covers the period from 1 July 2015 to 31 December 2015 and relates to shares reserved for allotment under the Employee Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.
