AFHOL (AFH): Przedterminowy wykup obligacji serii L6 / Early redemption of Bonds, L6 series - raport 32
Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej "Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 26 maja 2017 roku dokonał przedterminowego wykupu 200 szt. Obligacji serii L6 celem ich umorzenia. Zarząd Spółki Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie postanowił skorzystać z Opcji Wcześniejszego Wykupu na żądanie Emitenta zgodnie z par. 9 Warunków Emisji Obligacji serii L6. O ogłoszeniu o przedterminowym wykupie obligacji serii L6 Emitent informował raportem bieżącym nr 15/2017 z dnia 26 kwietnia 2017r.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt.6 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter “Issuer”) hereby informs that on 26th May 2017 an early redemption of 200 Bonds, L6 series took place for the purpose of their cancellation. The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw decided to exercise the Option of Early Redemption upon the Issuer’s request under Article 9 of The Terms and Conditions of Issuing Series L6 Bonds. The Issuer informed of the early redemption of series L6 Bonds in the Current Report number 15/2017 of 26th April 2017.
Legal basis: Article 3, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 6) of the Exhibit 3 (“Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market”) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
