UNIWHEELS AG (the "Company") informs that on January 26, 2016 it received the following notification pursuant to Section 21 German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG):

On January 22, 2016, the stake of Nordea Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Nordea Open Pension Fund), Warsaw, Poland in the voting rights in UNIWHEELS AG has exceeded the threshold of 3% of votes in the Company as a result of an acquisition of votes and amounted 3.32% (411,489) voting rights in the Company represented by 3.32% (411,489) shares of the Company.
