ESTAR (EST): Legal issues - raport 97

Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the

basis of the information received from the Romanian operation (E-Star CDR) that action filed

by CDR against the Town of Gheorgheni was rejected today in terms of legal basis.

Considering the above the action for determining the amount is also expected to be rejected.

The above decision was made by the same judge who decided in a judgement made in a

previous lawsuit that the termination by CDR was qualified rightful expression of opinion.

The decision is not final; having received the explanation, CDR shall be entitled to exercise

its right to appeal.
