Avia Solutions Group AB (the Company) hereby announces that whereas during the Company’s Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting held on 30 April 2018 new Supervisory Council of the Company were elected (i.e.: Mr Vladas Bagavičius, Mr Tadas Goberis and Ms Karolina Savickaitė), the new Supervisory Council resolved to elect Mr. Vladas Bagavičius as the Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Company.
