Avia Solutions Group AB (the Company) hereby announces that on 22 June 2018 the Company has received:
- the notification on the transactions in issuer’s securities concluded by ZIA VALDA CYPRUS LTD which is indirectly controlled by person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company (Chairman of the Board) - Mr. Gediminas Žiemelis (Annex No 1);
- the notification on the transactions in issuer’s securities concluded by HAIFO LTD which is indirectly controlled by person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company (Chairman of the Supervisory Council) - Mr. Vladas Bagavičius (Annex No 2).
