Avia Solutions Group AB (the Company) hereby announces that on 3 January 2017 the Company has received:
- the notification on the transactions in issuer’s securities concluded by the person closely associated with the manager of the Company (member of the Supervisory Council) – Mr Vaidas Barakauskas (please, refer to Annex No 1);
- the notification made by Mr Vaidas Barakauskas regarding the disposal of the voting rights in the Company below the threshold of 10 percent (please, refer to Annex No 2);
- the notification made by Indeco: Investment and Development UAB regarding the acquisition of the voting rights in the Company above the threshold of 10 percent (please, refer to Annex No 3).
