NOTICE TO THE BONDHOLDERS
Bond issue
"UniCredito Italiano S.p.A. 2008/2018 obbligazioni a tasso variabile a 10 anni subordinate Lower Tier II callable"
ISIN IT0004345242 - Serie 19/08
With reference to the above mentioned bond issue, notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Final Terms dated 12 March, 2008, UniCredit S.p.A., having obtained the prior approval of the Bank of Italy, intends to exercise its option to early redeem in whole the bonds on 31 March, 2013 (the "Early Redemption Date").
The bonds will be redeemed at par and the interests shall cease to accrue on the Early Redemption Date.
