On the basis of partial utilisation of the authorisation in line with Article 5 (3) (“Authorised Capital 2014/”) of the Articles of Association on 15.06.2017, the Executive Board with the approval of the Supervisory Board of the same day, resolved to increase the share capital of the company against cash from the current level of € 7,590,391.00 by up to € 690,000.00 to up to € 8,280,391.00 by issuing up to 690,000 new bearer shares with a proportional amount of the share capital of € 1.00 per share and with dividend rights from 1 January 2016. The subscription right of shareholders is disapplied in line with Section 203 (1) and (2) and Article 5 (3) d) of the Articles of Association. The capital increase of 690,000 new bearer shares was implemented and on 30.06.2017 entered into the Commercial Register of the Charlottenburg District Court (HRB 64077 B). After implementation of the capital increase, the share capital of the company entered in the Commercial Register is € 8,280,391.00, divided into 8,280,391 bearer shares.
