Plaza Centers N.V. (“Plaza” or the “Company”), announces that its Dutch 2016 Annual Report was published and is available for viewing on the Company's website at http://www.plazacenters.com/index.php?p=financial_reports_2017.
In addition, the 2016 Annual Dutch Statutory Accounts were filed and are available for viewing at the Company’s registered office, Prins Hendrikkade, 48S 1012, AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
These 2016 Annual Dutch Statutory Accounts are intended to be adopted by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held in Amsterdam on 31st July 2017. Further details on this AGM will be sent out in due course.
