The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (The “Company”) hereby provides the pre-selected consolidated unaudited financial data of Work Service Capital Group (the “Group”) for the first quarter of financial year 2018.

Presented results of compared quarterly periods does not include sold as of 1st half of 2017 IT Kontrakt and Work Service subsidiaries in Russia.

In connection to the adopted and announced Development and Restructuring Strategy of the Group for 2018-2020 (Current Report no. 82/2017 of 28 November 2017), the Management Board of the Company informs that the number of employees from Ukraine employed within the Group in Poland at the end of March 2018 reached FTE 3.892 (Full Time Equivalent), which means an increase by 80% year-on-year.

The calculation of the above data has been made according to the current knowledge of the Management Board, while the final, complete and audited financial data will be included in the Company's separate 1st quarter financial statement and in the Group's consolidated 1st quarter financial statements which will be published on 30 May 2018, respectively.
