UniCredit SpA announces that it has reached today an agreement with Quaestio Management SGR, on behalf of the Fondo Atlante being established, that, with reference to the capital increase finalized to an IPO of Banca Popolare di Vicenza, envisaged the subunderwriting by the Fondo Atlante in relation to the commitments undertaken by UniCredit SpA in the context of the Banca Popolare di Vicenza capital increase.

The agreement is subject inter alia to the required authorizations and the achievement of theminimum collection targets.
