UniCredit S.p.A. informs you that, on the Company website at www.unicreditgroup.eu/agm2017 , there are published the resolution proposals, together with the related explanatory Reports, and the other documents concerning the items on the Agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting to be held on April 20th, 2017.

The UniCredit individual and consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2016, and the 2016 UniCredit Report on corporate governance and ownership structure will be made available according to the terms provided for by rules of law and regulations.
