Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: ‘Issuer’), shall make public the notification received on 6 August 2018 from WORKSOURCE INVESTMENTS S.A.R.L. submitted pursuant to art. 19 sec. 1 MAR (Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (regulation on market abuse) and revoking Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and Council and of the Directive of the Commission 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.

Above mentioned notification constitutes Appendix no 1 to this report.
