The Board of Directors of Cereal Planet PLC (hereinafter the Company) informs that 31.01.2017, based on Art. 70 point 1 Act on Public Offering of Financial Instruments - purchase of the substantial portion of shares of Cereal Planet PLC, domiciled in Nicosia, Cyprus, the Company informs, the received from Vlasenko Anatolii, who informed that:

1. Based on the agreement 31.01.2017 he purchased 101 333 (one hundred and one thousand three hundred thirty-three) Cereal Planet PLC shares with nominal value 0,03 EUR (three euro cent) each share which gives right to vote 101 333 (one hundred and one thousand three hundred thirty-three) votes, at the price of 2,81 EUR, what constitute 5,69 % votes on the Shareholders meeting.

2. Before purchase he owned 412 279 (four hundred and twelve thousand two hundred seventy-nine) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 23,16 % in the share capital of the Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to 412 279 (four hundred and twelve thousand two hundred seventy-nine) votes, represented 23,16 votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting.

3. After purchase he owned 513 612 (five hundred and thirteen thousand six hundred twelve) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 28,85 % in the share capital of Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to 513 612 (five hundred and thirteen thousand six hundred twelve) votes, represented 28,85 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting.
