GIGROUP (GIG): Receiving confirmation regarding filing for competition clearance - raport 44

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (the "Issuer"), with reference to the current report no. 43/2018 dated 16 August 2018, hereby informs that on 16 August 2018 the Issuer received the confirmation about filing by the special purpose vehicle – Remango Investments Sp. z o.o., whose shares are held by Mr. Paweł Gos, Mr. Lesław Walaszczyk and a fund co-managed by CVI Dom Maklerski Sp. z o.o. (the “SPV”) to the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumenta) of the application for granting consent for the concentration by acquisition by SPV of all Issuer’s shares in Exact Systems S.A. with its registered office in Częstochowa (the “Company”).

The Issuer and SPV are now negotiating the preliminary share purchase agreement regarding sale of Issuer’s shares in the Company to SPV (the “PSPA”). The Issuer will inform about signing of the PSPA in a separate current report.

As a result of the analysis, the Issuer found that it is justified that the indicated above information should be qualified as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17(1) MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report.
