ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (the “Company”) hereby notifies its reputable Investors that Attila

Fekete resigned from his positions in the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of ENEFI

Energy Efficiency Plc. today. Explanation: “Allianz Group have recently reduced their

controlling share previously owned in ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc.”

Under the relevant provision of the Civil Code, if the operability of the legal person requires,

the resignation shall become effective by the assignment or election of the new executive

officer or in lack thereof on the sixtieth day of the date of announcing the resignation.
