The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Issuer or the Company) informs that on 13 April 2016 it was notified on the resignation of Mr Dariusz Rochman from the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Work Service S.A. with effect on 17 April 2016. Mr Dariusz Rochman did not indicate reasons of the resignation.

Legal basis:

1.Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments into organized trading system and on public companies (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended)

2.§ 5 (1)(21) and § 27 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
