Management Board of Work Service S. A. ("Issuer" or "Company") hereby informs that today received a letter dated on 30 December 2016 containing the resignation of Mr. Adam Pawłowicz from the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of Work Service S.A. with effect on 31 December 2016.

Mr. Adam Pawłowicz did not indicate reasons of the resignation.

§ 5 (1)(21) and § 27 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
