Management Board of Work Service SA ("Issuer" or "Company") hereby informs that today received a letter dated on 1 December 2016 containing the resignation of Mr. Geza Szephalmi from the position of the Member of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. with effect on 1 December 2016.

Mr. Geza Szephalmi did not indicate reasons of the resignation.

Legal base:

§ 5 (1)(21) and § 27 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
