The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: Issuer or Company) hereby notifies about receiving on this day the information, pursuant to art. 160 Act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments by a person being a member of the Issuer's Management Body about a transaction of sale of 5.145 shares of Work Service S.A. at the price of PLN 12,00 per share made on 23 March 2016.

According to the information transferred by the obliged person the above indicated transaction was made by means of the Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A. [the Warsaw Stock Exchange] in Warsaw.

Article 56 (1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading and on public companies (Dz. U. 185, pos. 1439, 2005, as amended)

Art. 160(4) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments (Dz. U. No. 211, item 1384, of 2010, as amended).
