GIGROUP (GIG): Sale of Issuer's shares by a person being a member of the Issuer's management body - raport 23

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: Issuer) hereby notifies about receiving on 16 May 2016 the information, pursuant to art. 160 Act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments by a person being a member of the Issuer's Management Body dated on 31 March 2016, about a transaction of sale of 14.555 shares of Work Service S.A. at the price of PLN 12,00 per share made on 31 March 2016.

According to the information transferred by the obliged person the above indicated transaction was made by means of the Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A. [the Warsaw Stock Exchange] in Warsaw.

In addition, the Management Board of Issuer indicates that the member of the Issuer's Management Body who made the transaction explained in the email message of 17 May 2016, at the request of the Company, that the above information correct the information concerning the sale of 14.555 shares of Work Service S.A. at a price of PLN 12.00 per share, in the field of delivering previously by the member of the Issuer's Management Body incorrect information about the date of the transaction (the member of the Issuer's Management Body indicated 31 January 2016 year instead of 31 March 2016). Previously given information concerning the sale of 14.555 shares of Work Service S.A. were covered by the current report No. 20/2016 dated 6 May 2016.

Art. 160(4) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments (Dz. U. No. 211, item 1384, of 2010, as amended).
