The Board of Directors of Cereal Planet PLC (hereinafter the Company) informs that 31.01.2017, based on Art. 70 point 1 Act on Public Offering of Financial Instruments - sale of the substantial portion of shares of Cereal Planet PLC, domiciled in Nicosia, Cyprus, the Company informs, that received from Steshenko Valentyna, who informed that:

1. Based on the agreement 31.01.2017 she sold 101 333 (one hundred and one thousand three hundred thirty-three) Cereal Planet PLC shares with nominal value 0,03 EUR (three euro cent) each share which gives right to vote 101 333 (one hundred and one thousand three hundred thirty-three) votes, at the price of 2,81 EUR, what constitute 5,69 % on the Shareholders meeting.

2. Before sale she owned 304 000 (three hundred and four thousand) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 17,08 % in the share capital of Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to 304 000 (three hundred and four thousand) votes, represented 17,08 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting.

3. After sale she owned 202 667 (two hundred and two thousand six hundred sixty-seven) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 11,39 % in the share capital of Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to 202 667 (two hundred and two thousand six hundred sixty-seven) votes, represented 11,39 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting.
