The Board of Directors of Cereal Planet PLC (hereinafter the Company) informs that 01.02.2017, based on Art. 70 point 1 Act on Public Offering of Financial Instruments - sale of the substantial portion of shares of Cereal Planet PLC, domiciled in Nicosia, Cyprus, the Company informs, that received from Dobruskin Igor, who informed that:

1. Based on the agreement 01.02.2017 he sold 83 390 (eighty-three thousand three hundred ninety) Cereal Planet PLC shares with nominal value 0,03 EUR (three euro cent) each share which gives right to vote 83 390 (eighty-three thousand three hundred ninety) votes, at the price of 2,81 EUR, what constitute 4,68 % on the Shareholders meeting.

2. Before sale he owned 264 610 (two hundred and sixty-four thousand six hundred ten) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 14,87 % in the share capital of Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to vote 264 610 (two hundred and sixty-four thousand six hundred ten) votes, represented 14,87 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting.

3. After sale he owned 181 220 (one hundred and eighty-one thousand two hundred twenty) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 10,18 % in the share capital of Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to vote 181 220 (one hundred and eighty-one thousand two hundred twenty) votes, represented 10,18 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting.
