PHOENIX (PHO): Securing a grid connection for 1 MW photovoltaic project in Italy / Podłączenie do sieci projektu fotowoltaicznego o mocy 1 MW, we Włoszech - raport 29
The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that it received information from Photon Energy N.V., the controlling shareholder of the Issuer, that on 29 June 2012 the photovoltaic power plant in Biella, province Verrone, with a total installed capacity of 992.6 KWp has been connected to the grid.
The project has secured a revenue stream of EUR 350.20/MWh consisting of a feed-in-tariff of EUR 224.00/MWh, the asbestos rooftop premium of EUR 50.00/MWh and a projected price for the electricity fed into the grid of EUR 76.20/MWh.
The generation volume of the Biella power plant is projected to reach approximately 1.1 GWh annually.
After the successful connection of the Biella power plant the proprietary portfolio of Photon Energy N.V. increased to 28 MWp (pro-rata 26 MWp).

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, iż dnia 29 czerwca 2012 r. otrzymał informacje od spółki Photon Energy N.V., akcjonariusza kontrolującego Emitenta, o podłączeniu do sieci elektrowni fotowoltaicznej w miejscowości Biella, prowincja Verrone, o całkowitej mocy produkcyjnej 992.6 kWp.
Projekt ma zagwarantowany strumień przychodów w wysokości EUR 350.20/MWp, na który składa się taryfa gwarantowana FiT w wysokości EUR 224.00/MWh, premia za usnięcie azbestu z dachu w wysokości EUR 50/MWh oraz cena sprzedaży energii oddawanej do sieci w wysokości EUR 76.20 / MWh.
Oczekiwane moce produkcyjne elektrowni Biella wynoszą około 1.1 GWh energii elektrycznej rocznie.
W rezultacie, po podłączeniu projektu Biella portfel elektrowni własnych Photon Energy N.V. wzrósł do 28 MWp (pro-rata 26 MWp).
