THE COMPANY ANNOUNCES THE PUBLICATION OF ITS 2016 REFERENCE DOCUMENT

The Company announces that its 2016 Reference Document was filed with the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the French stock market authority) on 28 April 2016.

This document can be viewed on the Company’s website: http://www.mbws.com/. Copies of the Reference Document are also available at the Company’s head offices: 19, boulevard Paul Vaillant Couturier - 40, quai Jean Compagnon, 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine, France.

The Reference Document in particular incorporates the following documents:

• the 2016 annual financial report;

• the report on the conditions for preparing and organising the work performed by the Board and on internal control procedures;

• information pertaining to the fees paid to the statutory auditors.
