The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (“the Company") hereby informs that the amendment agreement to Loan facility agreement between PJSC “OTP Bank” and the Group’s subsidiary, PE CF “Prometey” (“the Borrower”), on restructuring of the loan in the total amount of USD 3.85 million (EUR 3.26 million), was signed on 20 July 2017.

According to the Amendment agreement, the repayment term was extended by 7 years until 30 June 2024, lowered interest rate was applied to the Borrower’s indebtedness.
