The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company")hereby informs about posting today to Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A. ("Dom Maklerski") a declaration on termination the Agreement on provision of services of the Issuer's market maker on the Stock Exchange S.A. concluded on 28 June 2013 with Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A. seated in Poznań ("Agreement") with three months' notice effective at the end of the calendar month ie. at 30 September 2016.

Legal basis:

1. Article 56(1)(1) of the Act on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments into organized trading system and on public companies (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended)
