MILESTONE (MMD): The change of an entity authorised to audit financial statements for the year 2016 - raport 3

The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs that the Issuer and Friedman LLP concluded the agreement on July 18, 2016 on the appointment of an entity authorised to audit consolidated financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year 2016. The Company's Audit Committee approved and recommended the appointment of Friedman LLP as independent auditor. Friedman LLP replaced Baker Tilly Virchov LLP.
