GIGROUP (GIG): The conclusion of an annex to the significant agreement of sale of shares by the Issuer - raport 59

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer” or “Company”) hereby informs that on 28 June 2017 the Company, as a Buyer, concluded an annex (hereinafter referred to as “Annex no. 1”) to the conditional sales agreement of 25% of shares in the share capital of Prohuman 2004 Kft. company with its registered office in Budapest, Hungary (“Prohuman”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) with Profólió Projekt Tanácsadó Kft. (“Seller”). The above-mentioned Agreement was concluded on 13 December 2016, which was announced in the current report no. 69/2016 of 13 December 2016.

The intention of the Parties is to change the Agreement in the scope of changing the additional term of the completion of the transaction of the Agreement and postponing it to 5 July 2017 at 10 a.m.

Additionally, the Parties agree that the Seller shall not exercise its rights under the Agreement until 5 July 2017.

As a result of conducted analysis, the Issuer decided that it is justified to qualify the above-mentioned information as confidential according to Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR subject to the publication in form of this report.
