GIGROUP (GIG): Choice of strategic options in the range of the future of subsidiary Exact Systems S.A - raport 79

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer") informs that the Issuer, as a result of commencing the process of choosing strategic option in the scope of future of the subsidiary Exact Systems S.A. ("Company"), in reference to current report No. 65/2017, announces that after the sale of Exact Systems S.A. informs that it has begun the sale of Exact Systems S.A..

The process of selling Exact Systems is carried out in co-operation with advisor Blackwood Capital Group.

Among the investors whom Blackwood Capital Group has contacted, are both Polish and foreign entities, strategic and financial investors. The Issuer estimates that the process of selecting a possible offer and the process of selling should be finished within the 6-9 months of the start of the process.

As a result of the analysis, the Issuer found that it is justified that the indicatedabove information should be qualified as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17(1) MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report.

Article 17 (1) MAR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
