GIGROUP (GIG): Notification on early redemption of the U series bonds - raport 52

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. Company (hereinafter referred to as: Issuer) informs that today it adopted a resolution on early redemption ("Redemption”) of all 80,000 U series bonds, marked in National Depository of Securities with ISIN code: PLWRKSR00084, with a total nominal value and issue price of PLN 80,000,000.00, issued on 3rd of October 2016 and entered to the alternative trading system kept by the BondSpot S.A. and Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A., according to art. 10.1 of issuance of bonds terms and conditions ("Bonds”).

The Issuer shall perform the Redemption of Bonds on 30th of June 2017 ("Redemption Date”), whereas the day of determination of rights to Bonds payments shall be 22th of June 2017. Suspension of trading of Bonds shall take place on 19th of June 2017.

According to Terms and Conditions of Issuance, on the Redemption Date, the Issuer shall purchase the Bonds, paying to bondholders payment for each Bond in the amount equal to the sum of the nominal value of Obligations held by a particular bondholder, the amount of interests due from the last day of payment of interests (inclusive) until the Redemption Date (without this day) and bonus in the amount of 0.75 percent from the nominal value of each Bond held by this bondholder.

Taking into account the fact that the Bonds are dematerialised and entered to the alternative trading system kept by the BondSpot S.A. and Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A., the redemption of Bonds shall be performed by NDoS. Purchased Bonds shall be cancelled.

Performance of Redemption is a result of optimising the financial politics of the company.
