The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: Issuer) informs that on 5 March 2018 received from Mrs Ewa Misiak statement dated on 3 March 2018 regarding the acquisition of the Issuer's shares which was made on 2 March 2018 (copy of the letter is attached to this report). Mrs. Ewa Misiak did not indicate the legal basis of the submitted statement, in particular she did not specify whether the above-mentioned statement was made on the basis of art. 19 Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of The Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (hereinafter: MAR)

The issuer, in the investors' interest, decided to submit this report based on the information obtained so far, assuming with caution that the intention of Mrs. Ewa Misiak was to make the notification referred to in art. 19 MAR. However, due to the fact that Mrs. Ewa Misiak did not submit a number of information required by law in the case of purchase of shares, the Issuer called Ms. Ewa Misiak to clarify her statement, including in particular to provide details about transactions under the proper legal basis for statement.
