AFHOL (AFH): Zmiana firmy spółki zależnej z Aforti Corporate Finance S.A. na Aforti Factor S.A. - raport 92
Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. (dalej: „Spółka”) z siedzibą w Warszawie, informuje iż w dniu 04 grudnia 2017 r. powziął informację iż spółka zależna Aforti Corporate Finance S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie zmieniła nazwę na Aforti Factor S.A. oraz rozpoczęła przygotowania do świadczenia usług faktoringowych. Zmiana nazwy spółki Aforti Corporate Finance S.A. na Aforti Factor S.A. jest elementem realizacji strategii przyjętej przez Zarząd Spółki w dniu 14 lipca 2016 r. o czym Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 25/2016 r. z dnia 14 lipca 2016 r.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

Change of the registered business name of a subsidiary company from Aforti Corporate Finance S.A. to Aforti Factor S.A.
The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the „Company”) hereby informs that on 4th December 2017 it was notified that Aforti Corporate Finance S.A., a subsidiary company, with its registered office in Warsaw changed its registered business name into Aforti Factor S.A. and started the preparatory phase of rendering factoring services. The change of the registered business name from Aforti Corporate Finance S.A. to Aforti Factor S.A. is an element of the business strategy adopted by the Management Board on 14th July 2016, which was announced in the current report number 25/2016 of 14th July 2016.
Legal basis: Article 3 Section 1 of Appendix number 3 to the Alternative Trading System Regulations “Current and periodic information provided in the Alternative Trading System on the New Connect Market”.
