ICDP (ICD): Interest and amortization payment made on a corporate bond issue of the Company - raport 23
Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") informs the public of the following: with regard to the corporate bond (ISIN code BG2100019079) issued by ICPD, the Company has made the principal payment of EUR 62 500 and the interest payment of EUR 60 768 due on 14.05.2013 to bondholders of record as of 09.05.2013 through the “Central Depository" AD - the institution through which all amortization and interest payments related to the Company's corporate bond issue are made.
