Avia Solutions Group AB (the Company) hereby announces that the Company sold it‘s 30% stake in United Airports Management B.V., a holding company indirectly owning RAMPORT AERO, OJSC, which manages the Zhukovsky International Airport (IATA: ZIA). The sale of the shares of United Airports Management B.V. will have no impact on the Avia Solutions Group AB financial status and operations.
