With reference to ESPI Report 33/2018 dated 31 October 2018, Avia Solutions Group AB (the “Company”) informs that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) adopted a resolution concerning the exclusion from exchange trading on the GPW Main List of the shares of the Company.

The WSE Management Board resolves to exclude from the WSE trading the shares of the Company, coded as “LT0000128381” as of 20 November 2018. In connection with this exclusion, the last trading day of shares of the Company on the regulated market is 19 November 2018.
