PLANETINN (PIG): Zmiana terminu publikacji raportu rocznego za 2018 r. // Change in the date of publication of the annual report for 2018. - raport 5
Zarząd spółki Planet Innovation Group S.A. (dalej: Spółka) informuje, iż z przyczyn przedłużającego się badania sprawozdania finansowego za 2018 r. oraz trwającego postępowania układowego termin publikacji raportu rocznego za 2018 r. zostaje przesunięty z dnia 31.05.2019 r. na dzień 31.10.2019 r.
Przekazywanie raportów będzie odbywało się w następujących terminach:
a) Raporty kwartalne
- raport okresowy za IV kwartał 2018 r. – 14 lutego 2019 r.
- raport okresowy za I kwartał 2019 r. – 15 maja 2019 r.
- raport okresowy za II kwartał 2019 r. – 14 sierpnia 2019 r.
- raport okresowy za III kwartał 2019 r. – 14 listopada 2019 r.
b) Roczny za 2018 rok – 31 października 2019 r.
Ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego.

The Board of Planet Innovation Group SA („Issuer”) informs that due to the prolonged audit of financial statements for the year2018 and run on arrangement proceedings, the publication date of the annual report for 2018 is moved from 31/05/2019 to 31/10/2019.
Reports will be forwarded on the following dates:
a) Quarterly reports
– Report for the fourth quarter of 2018 of 14th February 2019,
– Report for the first quarter of 2019 on 15th May 2019,
– Report for the second quarter of 2019 on 14th August 2019,
– Report for the third quarter of 2019 on 14th November 2019,
b) Report for the year 2018 will be published on 31st October 2019.
Any change to the dates of submitting periodic reports will be announced in a current report in accordance with the provisions of the ASO Rules.
Legal basis: § 6 p. 14. 2 Annex No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System „Current and periodic information submitted in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.”
