MILESTONE (MMD): Dates for the Transmission of Periodical Reports in 2019 - raport 1

The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs of the dates for the transmission of periodical reports in 2019:

Consolidated annual report for 2018 – 21 March 2019,

Consolidated quarterly reports:

- 2019 1Q report – 15 May 2019;

- 2019 2Q report – 14 August 2019;

- 2019 3Q report – 14 November 2019.

Any changes of dates for periodical reports will be published as a current report.

Legal basis: Article 6 point 14.1 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
