The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (the "Issuer"), with reference to the current report no. 43/2018 dated 16 August 2018 and current report no. 44/2018 dated 16 August 2018, hereby informs that today, i.e. on 20 September 2018, the Issuer received a decision no. DKK-167/2018 of the President of the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów) granting consent for the concentration, consisting in the acquisition by Remango Investments Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warsaw, control over Exact Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Częstochowa.

As a result of the analysis, the Issuer found that it is justified that the indicated above information should be qualified as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17(1) MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report.
