Cereal Planet PLC informs that on September 19, 2013 it applied to the Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange In Warsaw for the introduction of financial instruments to trading on the NewConnect Market - an alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The application covered introduction of 260 000 (two hundred sixty thousand) shares, with nominal value of EUR 0,03 each share.
