ICDP (ICD): Information about interest and amortization payment made on a corporate bond issue of the Company - raport 18

Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") informs the public of the following: with regard to the corporate bond (ISIN code BG2100019079) issued by ICPD, the Company has made the principal payment of EUR 125 000 and the interest payment of EUR 101 344 due on 14.05.2011 to bondholders of record as of 11.05.2011 through "Central Depository" AD - the institution through which all amortization and interest payments related to the Company's corporate bond issue are made.
