(IPF INVESTMENTS): IPF plc announces block listing update - raport 27

The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces that on 1 July 2013 International Personal Finance plc (IPF plc), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, made an announcement on the London Stock Exchange.
The aforementioned announcement, which is attached to this current report, covers the period from 1 January 2013 to 30 June 2013 and relates to shares reserved for allotment under IPF plc's employee savings-related share option scheme.
