PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy a.s. announces the signing of an inventory credit facility by its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Trading with Česká spořitelna - raport 52

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 27 August 2010 its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Trading s.r.o. signed an inventory credit facility of EUR 1.6 million (CZK 39.6 million, PLN 6.37 million) for inventory financing with Česká spořitelna a.s. The facility is valid until year-end 2010 and is subject to an interest margin of 3.5% p.a. above the applicable reference rate.

Legal basis: Article 3 point 2 of the Annex 1 to Resolution No. 346/2007 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board dated 30 May 2007 "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
